The northern Ireland Body Alliance have a long running campaign called Your Car Your Choice which highlights that motorists are always free to choice who fixes their vehicle making an insurance claim.

Sometimes when you contact your insurance company after an accident they will often try to insist that you use one of their recommended repairers. You do not have to do this!

Your consumer rights mean that you are legally entitled to choose who repairs your vehicle and we can work with your insurance company or a third parties insurance company to agree repair costs.

Having an accident is a very stressful time and we aim to take away all of the stress and get you back on the road as soon as possible!
